The product which is released for packing is transferred in poly bag and the poly bag is sealed with a nylon string.
The sealed bag is again packed in another poly bag with product label and again sealed with a numeric plastic super strap which is embossed with our brand name and company’s logo.
This bag is then placed in a 5 Ply Corrugated Box & 8 Ply Corrugated Box for domestic & international market respectively with product label affixed on it.
The corrugated box is labeled with product label, sealed with the BOPP tape which has brand name and company’s logo printed on it and then finally strap with metallic seal.
Label on each bag states material title, product code, ingredients, colour code, batch no., net weight, mfg. date, retest date, name of the customer, storage conditions and manufacturer’s detail.
Store in dry place, in well closed container, away from direct light and heat. |
